We are seeking a passionate Youth Mentorship Specialist for the Fremont school district, supporting students from K-12th grade. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a social worker and be committed to shaping the future of our young minds.

Salary: $62,000 - $82,000 per annum, based on location and experience

About the Role

This full-time position (37.5 hours) offers a 24/25-school year contract with the option to extend. The caseload will involve working closely with students across various age groups, providing guidance and support to help them thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized plans to address student needs
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with school administrators to ensure seamless program implementation
  • Provide ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
  • At least 1+ years of experience as a social worker in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to creating a safe and supportive learning environment
