Key Responsibilities
  • Install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, ensuring a high-quality experience for customers.
  • Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional results and meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Pass a drug screen and physical.
  • Possess basic hand tools.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, including site paperwork, job costing information, material lists, etc.
Physical Demands
  • Must be physically able to be on feet for 8 hours a day.
  • Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting heavy objects up to 70 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
  • Must be able to climb up and down a ladder multiple times a day.
