**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mobile Service Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing light maintenance work and detailing vehicles on-site at customers' locations.

**Responsibilities**

  • Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles, including waxing, leather conditioning, vacuuming, and carpet shampooing.
  • Perform basic lube services, such as oil & filter changes, fluid top off, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections while adhering to manufacturer and dealer specifications and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions, explaining services performed, and recommending additional maintenance/detailing options when necessary.
  • Drive Company Mobile Service Vehicle to Customers location to perform services.
  • Must be able to perform express lube services (oil change, rotate, brake pads) at customers location with tools provided.
  • Must be able to wash/Detail customers vehicle on-site at customers location.

**Qualifications**

  • Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities.
  • Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve.
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • High School Diploma or GED (required).
  • ASE Certification/Technical degree (preferred).
  • One year in a service department.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
