About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in clinical excellence to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while collaborating with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, interventions, and education to patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
  • Current RN License in state of employment or compact
  • BLS certification required

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Work Schedule:
