About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team in Belmont, Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients with psychiatric needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients with psychiatric conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental health needs
  • Develop and implement effective interventions to address patients' healthcare needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • No experience required, one year medical/psychiatric experience preferred

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
