Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospital/Clinical Liaison to join our team at Susquehanna Health and Wellness Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our skilled nursing center in the York/Lancaster market and establishing relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers to gain patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase patient referrals and grow profitable revenue streams.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers to promote our skilled nursing center.
  • Formulate a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Execute day-to-day operations to drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as referrals, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization in community-related activities and events.
Requirements
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years' progressive experience in marketing and/or public relations in a healthcare setting.
  • Long-term care experience required.
  • Must have advanced training in hospital or nursing facility administration.
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory standards.
