About the Role

Foursight Capital, LLC. is seeking a skilled Vehicle Title Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and safekeeping of all vehicle titles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify title information for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain knowledge of current laws and regulations regarding vehicle titles
  • Communicate with dealerships, customers, and regulatory agencies to resolve title issues
  • Review and process title documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve title-related issues and improve processes

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
