Our Cloud Engineering organization is responsible for managing the massive scale of our cloud footprint, constantly innovating to increase fleet-wide agility, efficiency, and reliability. We build, operate, and maintain Compute, Network, and Storage services so that developers at Netflix can rely on foundational building blocks when entertaining customers.
We're looking for talented engineers to join our teams, including Cloud Gateway, Network Services & Insights, Cloud Networking, Compute Abstractions, Compute Runtime, Compute CaP, and Storage. As a member of our team, you'll own feature sets, partner with client teams, product teams, and cloud infrastructure teams, and have a broad impact on our cloud infrastructure.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience, recent experience with Java, C++, Go, Python, or similar, and a passion for technology, pragmatic thinking, and breaking down complex problems. You'll also need to be able to balance bias to action with well-informed bets, engage directly with end engineering users, and understand and solve business needs at scale.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary, and you choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. The range for this role is $100,000 - $720,000.
