Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Therapist to join our team at GCalderete Enterprises Inc. As a Speech-Language Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help clients improve their communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and develop targeted treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients of all ages, using evidence-based practices and teletherapy platforms.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients' communication goals.
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of Speech-Language Pathology and teletherapy practices through ongoing professional development.
Requirements
  • Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Maintain or obtain a valid California SLP license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Post-graduate coursework in speech, hearing, and language disorders or a related field.
  • Ability to pass background and fingerprint clearance, health screening, and provide/obtain immunizations (including TB).
  • Commitment to completing continuing education requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with using technology for virtual therapy sessions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Compassionate and patient, with a genuine interest in helping clients improve their communication skills.
