Review work orderPulls shop drawing from the VMC drawing folderReads shop drawing for dimensionsCheck for material availabilitySets up and operates Robotic Welding RobotSets up station where product is to be runSets up fixture in robotDry run the first piece to ensure accuracySet up and operate robotComplete job and signs off on operations RequirementsKnowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAbility to read and interpret shop drawingsBasic math knowledge which includes the use of measuring toolsFamiliar with operating the robotic welding machineWelding knowledge helpfulCompetenciesAbility to work in an environment that produces excellent quality and quantity workAbility to organize and prioritize jobsAbility to communicate - verbally and writtenWorking Conditions/Physical RequirementsAble to stand for long periods of timeAble to lift, push, and pull 25 pounds unassistedWork EnvironmentTypical machine shop environment.
