Job Summary

As an Ambulatory Cardiac Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in our team by coordinating and assisting providers to ensure quality and cost-effective service and care for patients within the cardiac population.

The successful candidate will serve as a leader of the healthcare team, establishing authentic and personalized relationships with patients and their chosen support systems. They will collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care that promote optimal health or support peaceful death.

You will utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey. Your responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care will be in accordance with current policies and procedures.

Qualifications

We require:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Telemetry, CCU, Cardiac Step-down Unit experience.
  • Experience in Physician Practice Environment and Coumadin Dosing.
  • Current RN license in the appropriate state.

An estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on national averages for similar roles. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
