After School Program Support Specialist

Pike School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After School Program Support Specialist to join our team.
**Location:** Andover, MA
**Job Type:** Part-time
**Hours:** Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm - 5:30/6:00 pm (Wednesday, 2:00 pm - 5:30/6:00 pm)
The ideal candidate will commit to three to five days a week, with Wednesday being a requirement.
**Estimated Salary:** $19-$20 per hour
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of students in grades PK-9th during the after-school program, Pike Plus. As an After School Program Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing active supervision, supporting experiential learning opportunities, and maintaining a positive and safe environment for all students.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent support to students during the after-school program
- Supervise students during outdoor activities and events
- Assist with registration and check-in processes
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students
**Requirements:
- Adult (18+) with documented experience working with school-age children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Proficient in using Google Sheets and Documents
