This organization is a non-profit senior living campus with rehabilitation, assisted living, short-term care, and skilled nursing care. They are seeking compassionate full-time RN/LPNs on AM and PM shifts to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Days: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 9:00 - 5PM or 10:00AM - 6PM
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Days: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 2:00PM - 10:00PM
Requirements
- Must hold a current RN license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Must have one year of long-term care experience.
- Provide direct supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and other non-licensed personnel assigned to the unit.
- Comply with all pharmaceutical policies, assess residents, and take appropriate interventions.
- Communicate and manage the delivery of resident care in a respectful and dignified manner.
