**Compensation Package:**

  • Competitive hourly rate: Up to $55 per hour for PRN positions, with full-time roles ranging from $40 to $50 per hour.

**Job Description:

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Role

We are looking for a skilled SLP to provide direct rehab care in speech therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans that promote patient-centered care.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Providing direct speech therapy services to patients in accordance with their individual needs and goals.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

Education and Certification

**We Are Seeking Candidates Who Meet The Following Requirements:**

  • Graduate of an accredited program in speech therapy (minimum MS or MA SLP).
  • ASHA certified (CCCs) or must be eligible for 9-month Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in order to earn ASHA certification (CCCs) and/or meeting ASHA credentialing criteria.

**Additional Skills and Abilities:**

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
  • Knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post-acute care facility.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
