Job Description

This Retail Store Associate position plays a key role in ensuring that our stores are always fully stocked and well-organized. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock and rotate merchandise, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and facing forward
  • Assist customers with purchases, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • Work collaboratively with other store associates to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
