Medical Professional for Dialysis Outpatient Care

We are seeking a skilled Medical Professional to join our team as an LPN in our Dialysis Outpatient setting. In this role, you will provide direct and indirect patient care, assisting physicians with exams and treatment while maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Interview patients, obtain vital signs, and prepare patients for exams and treatment
- Assist physicians with patient exams and/or treatment, ensuring continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including charting and clerical work
- Provide injections and specific infusions under physician supervision
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Practical Nursing (LPN, LVN)
- Current state LPN License
- Current BLS certification or recertification within 3 months of hire
- 2-4 years' related experience, with 1-3 years in a clinical setting preferred
