Urology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Urology Specialist to join our team at an acute care hospital in Tennessee. This is a full-time position requiring the physician to work 22 days per month, with varying schedules from January 6th onwards.
Schedule Overview
The selected candidate will be required to cover various shifts, including Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm. They will also be on call for 24 hours if needed.
Clinical Details
In this role, the Urology Specialist will supervise three Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and manage a patient volume of 20 patients per day. The clinical focus includes bladder cancer, erectile dysfunction, incontinence, kidney stones, overactive bladder, testicular cancer, urologic infections, and stones, cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy.
Requirements
To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates must hold a Board Certification or be Truly Board Eligible in Urology. Additionally, they should possess an active Tennessee medical license or be willing to obtain one.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary range for this position is $350,000 - $400,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. The compensation package will also include benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
