Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner, providing clear and concise communication
  • Utilize knowledge of menu items, wines, beers, and cocktails to answer guest questions and provide recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Practice exceptional customer service skills, including eye contact, respectful conversation, and a friendly demeanor
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a Host/Hostess in a similar caliber concept
  • High school education preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and perform extensive walking for 8-10 hours a day
