Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN (BSN) to join our team as a Nurse IV - Therapy and Care Coordination. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and document patient health history, chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors.
  • Assess disease condition and provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
  • Document assessment and effectiveness of care/intervention.
  • Execute prescribed treatments and medical interventions, administer medications, and monitor treatment progress and patient response.
  • Provide teaching and educational material to patients and/or their significant others as needed.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Maintain active RN license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and any other states as applicable.
  • Achieve and maintain American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Achieve 12 hours of oncology-related continuing nursing education annually or achieve and maintain Oncology Nurse Certification.
