Job Summary:

We are looking for an Artistic Facilitator to join our team. As an Artistic Facilitator, you will be responsible for performing interior and exterior painting and refinishing duties according to standard procedures. You will also assist with other facilities-related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Possess a high school education or equivalent.
  • Have one year of experience in painting, preferably in a commercial or residential setting.
  • Be able to read and follow written assignments, manufacture's directions, and colorant charts.
  • Understand painting techniques, uses of paints, and other surface coating materials.
  • Require knowledge of painting procedures and skill in using equipment and materials when performing moderately complex, multiple-step painting procedures.
  • Hold a valid driver's license, have an acceptable driving record, and be able to obtain insurance through our carrier to travel to off-site locations when necessary.
  • Exercise judgment in selecting proper equipment and supplies and methods of application to be used.
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills necessary to discuss work procedures with employees in other departments.
  • Able to concentrate and pay close attention to details while preparing surfaces for painting and mixing paints.
  • Require visual ability to distinguish between closely matched colors.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience.
