Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join our innovative cardiovascular program at Norman Regional Health System.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $27.84 to $45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
  • Identifies and assesses patient condition, preparing and positioning patients for optimal care.
  • Maintains a sterile environment, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Professional Practice
  • Serves as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, facilitating knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Participates in the orientation of new staff, promoting a smooth transition into the team.
  • Uses downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or a Cardiovascular Program.
  • One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
  • Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or registered with the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
