Healthcare Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to lead our Internal Medicine practice as a Clinic Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in managing a team of physicians, nurses, and clerical staff. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of medical billing, accounts receivable, and coding, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff supervision and patient flow.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Oversee medical billing, accounts receivable, and coding to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
- Provide training and support to staff on enterprise-wide billing and electronic records systems.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an Internal Medicine practice.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, accounts receivable, and coding.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
