We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team at Elite Comfort Solutions LLC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and production engineering principles, concepts, and general business operations.

Responsibilities will include developing and evaluating new processes, improving current process capability, efficiency, quality, and overall productivity in all areas of manufacturing.

The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use basic measuring tools, and hands-on capabilities to work on projects without supervision.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for conducting process improvement initiatives and custom product developments.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or manufacturing engineering, and experience with CAD software (AutoCAD and 3D Modeling).

A strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and techniques is also required.

Preferred qualifications include Basic Lean Training and bilingual skills in Spanish and English.
