Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at South Lake Union Hotel LLC dba Astra Hotel Seattle. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food efficiently and consistently, ensuring timely delivery, food quality, consistency, and presentation. You will work closely with our culinary team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
  • Monitor and maintain food quality and consistency
  • Ensure timely delivery of food to guests
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve kitchen goals

Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 3 years' line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant/kitchen environment
  • Washington Food Permit
