Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiography Team Lead to join our team at Henry Ford Health System. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our radiography team, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of radiography team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the radiography department, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Assist with training and development of new team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Registered in Radiography with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiographer required.
  • Must maintain required hours of continued medical education.
  • Must maintain a Healthcare Provider certification (BCLS).
