Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Maintenance Inspector to join our team at Stop Loss, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough fire safety and maintenance inspections in assigned areas, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct fire safety and maintenance inspections in assigned areas
  • Ensure smoke detectors are functional, clean, and correctly positioned
  • Install essential safety products, including smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and residential fire suppression systems
  • Educate tenants on fire safety and the proper use of safety products
  • Document findings with detailed electronic reports and pictures
  • Maintain accurate daily inventory counts of all products on your work truck
Requirements
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of residential fire safety
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with power tools and ladders
  • Proficient with mobile tools and applications
  • Valid driver's license with a clear driving record
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
  • Use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
  • Ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach
  • Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull weights up to 75 pounds
