Troon Golf, L.L.C. is seeking a qualified Club Attendant to join our team

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
  • Describe specials of the day to the guests and answer questions regarding any menu item.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food promptly after preparation.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenish items as needed.
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
  • Maintain an organized workstation and side work duties.
  • Setup and break down golf stations every shift.
  • Accountable for checks and cash transactions, utilizing the Point of Sales System.
  • Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
  • Follow established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques.
  • Practice tray service for all food and beverage service.
  • Cross-train in bartending service.
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
  • A valid driver's license is required for operating the picker for range balls and golf cart.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fulfill state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
  • Knowledge of POS system.

Estimated Salary:$30,000 - $40,000 per year.
