Dialysis Clinical Operations Director RN

As a Clinical Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of quality patient care while maintaining clinical operations. This includes managing the day-to-day activities of the clinic, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Clinic Operations: Manage the operations of the clinic, including efficient utilization of supplies and equipment, regular profits and loss review, and completion of required network reporting and on-site state or federal surveys.
- Patient Care: Coordinate all aspects of patient care, from admission through discharge, ensuring timely completion of patient care assessments and care plans, and providing education to patients regarding quality measures, transplant options, modality awareness, and access care.
- Staff Management: Participate in the selection and hiring of new team members, complete employee evaluations, establish annual goals, and document any disciplinary actions.
- 6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility
- 12 months experience in clinical nursing
- 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current appropriate state licensure
- A competitive salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
