Our practice is located in a beautiful rural area just 70 miles from Sacramento. We offer a unique opportunity for physicians to work in an inpatient and outpatient setting, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, including those with Medicare, private insurance, and Medi-Cal coverage.
Salary and BenefitsWe are proud to offer a highly competitive salary of $224,000 per year, plus benefits and up to $5,000 in moving expenses. Additionally, you'll receive two bonuses: $10,000 upon completion of six months and another $10,000 at 12 months of employment. You'll also be eligible for a productivity-based compensation model after the first quarter in which production revenue exceeds guarantee compensation and direct costs.
We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we provide nocturnist coverage between 8 pm and 7 am. As an added bonus, you'll receive a $10,000 bonus at 18 months of employment contingent on meeting productivity benchmarks and workday requirements.
