Job Summary
We're seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales Team in the North Central region, covering MN and WI. This role will drive sales, foster new customer relationships, and lead new business development to fuel regional expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through the Signature Experience.
- Lead new business development, seizing opportunities for new revenue streams, untapped markets, and enhanced capabilities.
- Foster new customer relationships to fuel regional expansion.
- Develop and uphold a comprehensive regional TAC plan, ensuring regular visits to all current and target customers.
- Perform professional sales calls, passionately advocating for our company's services across the territory.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in technical/complex selling of automation and motion control products to industrial OEM, end user, and distributor accounts.
- Effective at setting, evaluating, and executing individual and regional goals that create a dynamic results-oriented sales environment aligned with the company's culture and core values.
