DRE Processor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented DRE Processor to join our team at First American. As a vital member of our group, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of real estate transactions. Your strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with builders and government agencies will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch support to the builder community, facilitating smooth communication with government agencies.
• Manage and maintain project files, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Process agency letters and other documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate team meetings with clients, attorneys, engineers, and management companies to discuss project plans.
• Prepare and submit all required forms, excluding management documents and budgets, to clients for signature.
• Review project packages, submitting completed forms and documents to clients for approval.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring timely progress and adherence to deadlines.
• Prepare and submit completed packages to clients and stakeholders.
• Respond to deficiency letters, obtaining necessary documents to rectify issues.
• Familiarize yourself with new regulations, policies, and forms related to the DRE, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Contribute to the team's success by actively participating in goal-oriented activities and suggesting continuous improvements to overall operations.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of the department/field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships at the work group level.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
