Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $83,725 - $113,322, based on experience and education. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Job Description

This Operative Nursing Specialist position will support the surgical team in our Edmonds campus by delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients undergoing oncology treatments. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of nursing experience with a focus on operative nursing skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN)
  • Current licensure as an RN in the State of Washington
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull equipment up to 100 pounds
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities
