MRI Technologist Lead

As a Lead MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our MRI department, providing leadership and guidance to our team of technologists.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the flow of work and delegate tasks to ensure efficient operation of the MRI department.
- Provide guidance and oversight to MRI technologists, ensuring that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of MRI images, ensuring that they meet the required standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the MRI department.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
- Two or more years of progressively more responsible MRI technologist work experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions in a timely manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as radiologic technology or healthcare administration.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of MRI technology and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
