Our products serve a variety of markets, including Electric Utility, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Military bases, Railroad, Transit and Pulp & Paper.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist - IT Infrastructure to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, including software setups and patching, installing computer systems and network devices, updating and repairing technology, and maintaining inventory of hardware and software.Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support our IT infrastructure, including software setups and patching.
  • Install and configure PCs, system parts, and network devices.
  • Provide software support and training to end-users.
  • Maintain PC inventory and aid in security of network and PC architecture.
  • Provide support for technology-related project work.
  • Aid in system and program documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support and IT infrastructure maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
