Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated at $45,000 per year based on industry standards for similar roles in the South Windsor, CT area. Your compensation package includes:

  • A base pay of $45,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and increases based on experience.

About the Role

As a Senior Care Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Resident Care Director in managing the community's resident care team. This includes direct supervision of Resident Care Associates, monitoring emerging health needs, covering staffing shortages as needed, and assisting with on-call duties. You will also follow up on family issues as directed by the Resident Care Director.

Your essential job functions include promoting the mission and core values of LCB Senior Living LLC, growing community occupancy through positive interactions, and evaluating resident needs for service plans. You will demonstrate an understanding of patho-physiological and psychosocial changes associated with aging and disabilities, direct and supervise daily work assignments, evaluate resident issues, and participate in community marketing efforts.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds, carry objects, push and pull carts, walk, sit, and stand for extended periods. A high school diploma and graduation from an accredited nursing program are required, along with at least two years of experience in a geriatric setting and previous health experience in hospital and/or community settings. A current RN or LPN license in the state of employment is also necessary.
