Urology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Urology Specialist to join our team in Southeast Texas. This opportunity offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a sign-on bonus. The Urology service line at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group practices in an inpatient and outpatient environment, using state-of-the-art equipment and technology. The successful candidate will have access to:

• A comfortable office setting with in-suite cystoscopy and in-office urodynamic capabilities
• An in-hospital cystoscopy suite with dedicated staff and interventional radiologists on site
• Da Vinci Xi Robot available for minimally invasive procedures
• In-house referral system and large primary care referral base

This role requires a commitment to building long-lasting relationships with patients and families through a patient-centered approach. The selected candidate will also be expected to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a willingness to adapt to changing situations.

We estimate the salary for this position to be between $303.42 and $526.83 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
