We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team at Tenaglia & Hunt P A. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling and managing litigation cases, including discovery, arbitration, mediation, motion practice, client coordination, and court appearances.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing law firm with a strong reputation for excellence. Our firm is a contingency-based practice, which means there are no billing requirements for attorneys. You will have the opportunity to shadow and receive litigation training from more senior litigation practitioners, as well as receive courtroom experience.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of litigation law and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage litigation cases, including discovery, arbitration, mediation, motion practice, client coordination, and court appearances.
  • Work closely with senior litigation practitioners to develop and implement litigation strategies.
  • Provide excellent client service and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in litigation law and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bar admission in New Jersey and Delaware.
  • Strong understanding of litigation law and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
