Hospitality Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Specialist to join our team at Feast Enterprises. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service operations.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. They will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations, including seating guests, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Take orders and ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, encouraging repeat business and positive reviews
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field; experience as a server or host/hostess preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move quickly between tasks
- Able to pass all required tests and training requirements for the position
Salary and Benefits:
