Collision Estimator

Lone Star Cadillac is a leading dealer group dedicated to providing the best buying experience. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Collision Estimator to join our expanding team.

The Collision Estimator will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while constructing estimates and coordinating repair procedures for customers. This individual must be meticulous, efficient, and able to meet deadlines.

• Conduct inquiries with customers, investigate damaged vehicles to determine damage extent, and provide reliable information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Complete evaluations to document damage, work/repair orders, and identify necessary components and materials. Calculate labor and painting expenses to determine total repair costs.
• Examine vehicle damage, document necessary repairs and parts replacement, and evaluate restoration work quality with technicians. Return vehicles for additional work if quality standards are not met.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding estimated repair costs and ensure payment.

• Advanced knowledge of vehicle mechanical procedures.
• Flexible hours and travel arrangements for transporting to various destinations.
• Prior CCC1, CDK, service, and estimator experience required. Pay is based on experience.

This full-time position is open to individuals 18 years or older who are authorized to work in the United States. A valid driver's license is also required. All applicants must complete pre-employment screening.
