Project Administrator - TS/SCI Clearance Required

Transform technology into opportunity as a Project Administrator with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) by ensuring the successful management of projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and compose complex correspondences and presentations to support the DoD Enterprise infrastructure and infostructure IT goals and projects.
  • Accountable for financial budgeting and tracking project KPIs and goals.
  • Apply effective networking skills to carry out job responsibilities and gather pertinent information from various sources.
  • Resolve administrative issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure timely completion of multiple, simultaneous, independent events and projects of moderate complexity.
  • Coordinate multiple work projects and other responsibilities, including training and status reporting.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence from information gathered to support the entire effort.
  • Interpret and apply standard policies and procedures to respond to complex inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Support the Program Manager in successfully managing the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.
  • Perform a variety of program management activities, including subcontract management and material purchases, personnel management and accountability, and requesting, monitoring, and reporting travel.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree with 7 years of experience or Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Effective organizational skills, proficiency in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and other related software applications, effective communication skills, and comprehensive knowledge of program requirements.
  • Clearance Level: TS/SCI.
  • Required Certification(s): Desired: A CAPM or Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Location: On Customer Site.
  • Additional: Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph for certain positions as determined by the contract. Position may require lifting of objects, reaching/bending/kneeling, and other moderately strenuous activity. Travel may be required to support the mission.
