Salary
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $83,300 and $124,900 per year, based on factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated RF Test and Development Engineer to join our team. As an RF Test and Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing testing methods and equipment. You will also troubleshoot and support RF and digital hardware, analyze test data, and identify early trends.
Additionally, you will compile data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. You will collaborate with design engineering to develop and implement hardware improvements and solutions.
You will also support technicians through troubleshooting and training, monitor product yields, and aggressively work to maintain program yield targets. Furthermore, you will attend program meetings to report yield issues, yield detractor investigation findings, and corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field, plus 2 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field, plus 0 years of experience, may be considered.
You will also need experience with RF hardware and software, as well as RF test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators. A current, active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level clearance is also required.
