Scribe is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team. As a Medical Scribe, you will work alongside our provider partners to improve clinical efficiency and reduce physicians' data entry workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompany physicians during patient visits and record accurate documentation.
  • Create and review medical charts for accuracy and completion.
  • Assist in completing charts by transcribing results of patient and doctor consultations.
  • Record diagnosis, discharge, prescriptions, and/or follow-up instructions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the practice manager or physician.

Requirements:

  • Daytime availability during weekdays, 8a-5p.
  • Passion for healthcare.
  • Highly motivated and experience-driven.
  • Ability to work in a stressful and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and anatomy is preferred.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Suitable bedside manner and interpersonal skills.

No prior clinical experience is necessary.

Compensation: $11-13/hour based on experience and availability.
