Dynamic Events Operations Strategist

As a Senior Events Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of AI-driven advertising solutions, driving change and achieving remarkable growth in a rapidly evolving industry.
We offer an innovative platform that enables advertisers to enjoy unprecedented flexibility, whether it's activating Dynamic Deals through their preferred DSP, leveraging our managed service DSP, or utilizing our industry-first ContextGPT product.
This role will oversee partnerships with MetLife Stadium and Madison Square Garden (MSG), handling everything from Giants games and concerts to Knicks and Rangers events.
You'll work closely with sales and revenue teams to fill and invite clients to events, managing every aspect from ticketing to catering coordination.
This position will be located in our NYC office with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thu/Fri).
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of client entertainment programs, including lunch and learns, agency outings across regions, and management of Cognitiv's MetLife and MSG event partnerships.
- Coordination of event logistics such as ticketing, catering, client invites, and printing event collateral.
- Serving as the point of contact between Cognitiv and venue teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution of all events.
- Targeting and inviting clients and prospects to events, ensuring maximum attendance.
- Management of weekly communication with clients about upcoming events, providing details and handling calendar invites.
- Tracking and uploading campaigns in Salesforce, managing ROI reporting across multiple partnerships.
- Maintenance of a budget tracker to monitor spending on client entertainment and assess the return on investment.
- 1+ years of experience as an event coordinator/specialist or client relations within a marketing or sales organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to track and measure ROI using data.
