**Estimated Salary:** $95,000 - $115,000 per year

Job Summary:

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with experience in pediatric hematology oncology to join our team. As a Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse Specialist, you'll work closely with patients and their families to provide personalized care and support throughout their treatment journey.

About the Role:
  • Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills, and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients.
  • Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
  • Provide communication, confidence, and professionalism as evidenced by active engagement in unit and organizational activities.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serving as a resource to the patient care team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or higher required.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
