Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious craft cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our guests have a fantastic dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Create and serve a variety of craft cocktails and beverages.
  • Provide detailed information about our food and drink offerings.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Be willing to tend to bar guests and dining guests with the same energy and vigor.
  • Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and wait areas.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, restocking supplies as needed.
  • Be an exceptional and supportive team member.
  • Process payments accurately.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a bartender/server or in a similar role.
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology or an above-average ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Provide or obtain a food handlers permit.
  • Provide or obtain TABC certification.
