Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Grand Prix Subaru. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and leasing new and used vehicles to customers, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and lease new and used vehicles to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and dealership standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date on new and used vehicle inventory, features, and benefits, as well as market trends and competitor activity.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including finance and insurance, to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Meet or exceed sales performance metrics, including sales volume, customer satisfaction, and sales profitability.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
