Job Summary:

Delta Companies is seeking a highly skilled Dental Director to lead our dental team in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and administrative aspects of our dental practice.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of our dental clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflow

Lead a team of dentists, RDHs, and DA's, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for our dental practice

Requirements:

DDS / DMD degree from an accredited institution

Prior lead-dentist or leadership experience in a dental setting

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
