Nursing Administrator Director

Catholic Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled RN - Nursing Administrator to lead our team on evening, night, weekend shift, and Holiday shifts. This critical role involves coordinating hospital-wide activities, providing direction, and acting as a liaison for various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate hospital-wide activities, ensuring the needs of diverse patient populations are met.
- Provide administrative and clinical support to ancillary, medical staff, and other services.
- Support departments with limited off-shift hours and complete rounds to ensure visibility throughout the shift.
A Graduate degree from an approved nursing school is preferred, while a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strongly recommended. Candidates should have at least five years of clinical experience and three years of management experience. Certification in Nursing Administration or a related field is also desirable.
Certifications and LicensureThe ideal candidate will hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and may also possess Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire is mandatory.
CompensationWe offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus benefits that include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
