Job DescriptionThis position requires a skilled professional to manage employee benefit accounts, focusing on providing top-notch service to clients and their employees.
Duties and Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries and requests for assistance with existing coverage and new policies.
- Process enrollment forms, change forms, and benefit summaries as needed.
- Analyze existing benefits to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Negotiate renewal terms with carriers when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and communicate changes to clients.
- Life and Health License
- 3-5 years of experience in employee benefit account management
- Strong understanding of employee benefit programs and effective communication skills
- Able to self-manage workload and ensure client satisfaction
