Job Description

This position requires a skilled professional to manage employee benefit accounts, focusing on providing top-notch service to clients and their employees.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests for assistance with existing coverage and new policies.
  • Process enrollment forms, change forms, and benefit summaries as needed.
  • Analyze existing benefits to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Negotiate renewal terms with carriers when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and communicate changes to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Life and Health License
  • 3-5 years of experience in employee benefit account management
  • Strong understanding of employee benefit programs and effective communication skills
  • Able to self-manage workload and ensure client satisfaction
