Salary
We offer an hourly rate of $15.00 for this position.

Job Description
The Tour Guide-HWO leads Field Representatives and other VIPs through tours of our campus and occasional off-site meeting related tours. This role involves presenting information about specific work areas that support Sales Representatives' business interests, assisting customers in the retail atmosphere, troubleshooting technical problems with tour equipment, and maintaining displays used for tours.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
This position requires High School Diploma or GED, bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all Field levels, and quickly assess needs. Some weekend and occasional weeknight work are required. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, ability to speak to groups ranging from 25-200 people, basic PC skills, previous work experience in a retail atmosphere, and self-starting abilities. Additionally, the candidate should be able to function well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment, handle high-pressure situations, stand and walk for long periods, and lift items up to 50lbs.
